Project Spotlight
Low-Voltage Systems for a Luxury Residential High-Rise Retrofit:
Landmark Tower Apartments
Landmark Tower Apartments is a luxury high-rise residential community located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. The project involved a full transformation of a former office building into modern residential living, combining apartments, shared amenity spaces, and integrated building technology.
MTG partnered directly with Sherman Associates, the building developer, owner, and manager, serving as the primary low-voltage contractor throughout the renovation. This project marked the second time MTG implemented a fully integrated smart home platform for Sherman Associates, further strengthening an ongoing relationship built on trust, consistency, and technical capability.

Junior Achievement was seeking a new vendor to provide audio/visual support to address ongoing reliability issues with existing systems. What started as a service engagement quickly grew into a trusted partnership built on responsiveness, technical know-how, and a shared commitment to creating positive experiences for the people using the space.
