Master Technology Group is not just a job; it’s a lifelong career that never gets old. I have been with MTG for almost 20 years, and each year is more exciting than the last. I started as a union apprentice, worked my way up to being a large project lead and have been given internal growth opportunities that have brought me all the way into being a national project manager. One of the major reasons I have been with MTG for so long is because the ownership is huge on making us feel less like an employee and more like extended family.
