When ROSKOP CONSTRUCTION was asked to bid on the new Dialysis Treatment Center in Hastings, MN, Project Manager JONATHAN MURRAY called MTG because he wanted a single vendor he could rely on to handle the low voltage systems: nurse call, intercom, voice and data cabling, TV cabling, and fire alarm systems.

Murray has worked with MTG on several projects in the past. Although it was his first project for Fresenius, he didn’t get multiple bids. Instead, he went with MTG because “I have a high level of trust and respect for their shop.”
The project involved an aggressive schedule. Murray says everyone was made aware of the need to expedite the work and he relied on his vendors to staff accordingly and to make sure the procurement process was smooth.

“The more services I can get out of one vendor, the better. MTG is able to capture multiple areas of the low voltage work,” says Murray. “I knew I was taking a chance, bringing a single vendor to the table, but I was confident their pricing would be competitive. And it was.”

PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE
Murray says everyone – sales, project managers, and field staff – stood out due to their professionalism. Project Foreman, Jason Yourczek stayed on the project and minded the details from beginning to end. If Project Manager Joe Geraghty, wasn’t available, the account manager was actively involved and able to help out. “I like having multiple points of contact,” says Murray.
“It’s a broad category with a lot of moving parts, and they’re willing to help me out with anything. It was a win-win for me. I’m familiar with MTG and knew they could deliver. It’s as simple as that.”
