During the recent IACLEA (International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators) conference in Hinckley digital signage was a hot security topic.
Many participants were curious about how to integrate digital video content with existing emergency notification systems in order to deliver lifesaving information in seconds.
Sharing Lifesaving Information on Campus
Due in part to tragedies such as Virginia Tech, Northern Illinois University, and Sandy Hook – many educational institutions are improving their systems for sharing “live” situational emergency information with stakeholders on and off campus.
